Very friendly, I was informed of what was being done and future needs of my car. Explained differences of products so that I could choose and time frame with costs.

Went camping in Escondido with the family for 4th of July. My truck overheated during a trip to store for ice. With 3 kids, a dog, check-out of campground looming... we were stuck, away from home. AAA got the truck towed off with all our camping gear in the back. Janet was so friendly over the phone and made the entire experience so much easier to handle. They were able to get the part and fix it up quickly, so we could get home the same day. Even offered a ride to come pick me up once the truck was ready. Incredible service all around, everything was really well explained when I picked the vehicle up. Even gave me a flower to give my lady when I got back to pick them up. A car-nation flower of course hahahaha Thank you so much for your help Grand Garage! You all are a gem.

These guys know their way around a car. They explain the problem, tell you what it will cost, and do the repair as quickly as possible. I recommend this repair shop to anyone that asks.

Brought my car in and had it back in 24 hours. Not sure what other garages charge but the prices seemed really fair and service is beyond amazing. Super friendly and even offer a ride home :)
