Brought my car in and had it back in 24 hours. Not sure what other garages charge but the prices seemed really fair and service is beyond amazing. Super friendly and even offer a ride home :)

Grand Garage is awesome! We've been taking our vehicles there for 8 years and it's been a great experience each and every time. Everyone there is friendly and courteous. They don't pressure you into doing expensive repairs. They will tell you honesly that "this needs to be done, but can wait", "this should be done soon if possible", and "this should be done right away to avoid more costly repairs in the future". They understand that vehicle maintenance is expensive and sometimes you simply can't do everything that needs to be done all at once. If you need any maintenance done on your vehicle, from a simple oil change, to major repairs, I would highly recommend Grand Garage. They're honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. They even offer free rides home if you need to leave your vehicle for the day and they will come pick you up when your vehicle is ready. Special shout out to Janet, she is super nice and helpful. They also give great referrals, which we've used, for services they don't offer, upholstery, paint, dent repair, etc.

I have to preface this review by explaining I have typically avoided taking my vehicles to a mechanic due to concern that the mechanic would be incompetent or fraudulent. So, despite all of the time it has taken me over the years, every time something went wrong with one of our cars, I'd fix it on my own by using my OBD II scanner, watching YouTube videos, getting the help of friends, reading online blogs, and making several trips per day to the auto parts store. So, when, out of the blue, our Kia Soul was having a hard time starting, and, when it did start, drove with the traction control light illuminated, low power, and no RPM gauge movement, I quickly tried to figure it out on my own. I realized I was in over my head as soon as my scanner didn't show any engine codes and instead an ABS code. Online blogs pointed to everything from the crankshaft position sensor or ECM (both of which should display a fault code) or an AWC Mode Select Switch (whatever that is) or fuel injectors. Needless to say, I was in over my head and decided it was time to search for a reliable, honest mechanic. After a few Google searches and reading through reviews, I was confident in taking our car to Grand Garage and I am glad I did. Not only is the customer service amazing, the level of professionalism is remarkable. Grand Garage not only identified the issue as being the crankshaft position sensor (which just made me trust them all the more considering it was already on my mind as a potential issue), they provide a complementary "Comprehensive Multi Point Digital Inspection" which was very detailed and informative. Furthermore, I was informed of my car's diagnosis and repair status every step of the way, including prices (which were transparent and made known upfront). Not to mention, the total price out the door was fair and reasonable. I'm not only happy to have our Kia back and running smoothly, I'm happy that I now have a go-to mechanic if/when I need one in the future. I will also be recommending friends and family; Grand Garage is the place to go!
