I sure hate giving 5 star ratings. It's as if there is no room for improvement when you do but when you can't find a darn thing worng (did I type worng, wrong?) then what honest choice is there but a five. They did the job; did it correctly; did it expeditiously and for what had to be done, that is saying a lot. Plus, they did it right the first time! They said 2 days to fix it. The day I brought it in must have been counted the first day as it was repatriated (as Pat , the service writer would say) the following day. That's less than 2 days but I wouldn't subtract a star for that.
