Being new to town I relied on advice from neighbors and others to select a garage to take my car for needed work. Several home town car enthuist have stopped me to see my vintage Pontiac and when I asked for suggestions for a mechanic for my vintage car several suggested Grand Garage. When I needed to have the engine coolant/radiator cleaned I called Grand Garage and they took my reservation and started the work on time. David and the mechanic took me on a tour of the underside of the car to see "how goes it". Since I had recently rebuilt most of the rust prone areas of the under side of the body there was little needed repairs there. The mechanic pointed out a problem with some recent work. The problem could have lead to premature steerage wear. Overall my first visit was very positive. David and Pat will see me back when I need additional work on my vintage Pontiac.

I sure hate giving 5 star ratings. It's as if there is no room for improvement when you do but when you can't find a darn thing worng (did I type worng, wrong?) then what honest choice is there but a five. They did the job; did it correctly; did it expeditiously and for what had to be done, that is saying a lot. Plus, they did it right the first time! They said 2 days to fix it. The day I brought it in must have been counted the first day as it was repatriated (as Pat , the service writer would say) the following day. That's less than 2 days but I wouldn't subtract a star for that.
