Really like the way they handle there service with their customers. They will transport you back to home. Very friendly and caring making certain you are satisfied with how things have been done and handled. It's great how helpful and receptive they've been withme as a customer.

Grand Garage got me in the same morning I called even though I was not a customer and I didn't have an appointment. I needed a new headlight bulb on my Subaru. Rob was friendly and treated me as a valued customer. Mike changed the bulb and topped off my windshield fluid and checked my oil. He reminded me that I would need an oil change in 1,000 miles. Great service with a smile. I will use them again!

Oh NO! A RED LIGHT is ON on the dash board! YIKES! I had better stop by GRAND GARAGE in Escondido! I thought it was the Battery light (dummy me), but it was actually the Radiator light! Oops! Sure glad I went in! Thanks Rob, for squeezing me in, even though you were clearly very busy! Turned out that the WATER PUMP had a small hole in it. So glad to get that replaced before it got a lot worse! Thanks also for reminding me to take care of that OIL CHANGE that I've been putting off. I lucked out to be there on PI(E) day (3-14-22 = 3.14 PI day) and was treated to a slice of Razzle berry pie! Yum! Thanks Janet for all your fun ideas! You always treat your customers so well! We all know that It's never a good day when you have car problems, but it's always good to know that the wonderful folks at GRAND GARAGE will be there to save the day!
