I recently brought in our 2015 Toyota Corolla for an oil change. It is my daughter's car while she is off at College. A dealership had told her that she needed to make a $1,600 repair. I said, "let me take it to Grand Garage instead." I did and they determined the repair was unnecessary. I have had many of my vehicles repaired at Grand Garage over the years. My 95 Silverado is my baby. My 25 yr old baby !! I brought it in with sooo many electrical issues from the a/c quitting to the wipers stopping midstroke and the right power window being possessed. I've passed this place countless times and even delivered pizza there. I had taken my Baby down to Chula Vista and they had no time soooooo I decided to do it local. Good move on my part !! Pat is their counter guy. He was ever so polite and listened to my problems. He asked questions and passed my concerns on to the techs. He explained the cost for a electrical diagnosis but said if it fell below the quoted cost he would credit it back to me. Sweet. It started at $1000 plus and I was ready to absorb the cost to get my Baby back on the road I get a call from Pat around mid morning that my truck was ready. He cut and shuffled things around gave credits accordingly. I was getting ready to leave and he stops me. I need to give you $247 back. Something to do with the blower motor BUT I didn't care. He could have let me drive away and I wouldn't have been any wiser. That's major props !! I'm happy, Baby is running tops again. They also did a 31 pt service and I'll use that as a guide to continue getting Baby back to original condition. Props to the folks at Grand Garage and to the A1 counter guy. Thanx Pat and I will be back again for sure. Oh AND I got a awesome guarantee to boot.
