Rodents nested one evening in wife's Subaru. The managed to destroy a number of wires in and around the electrical harness. Grand Garage traced and repaired all of the damage. Rob (service writer) kept in touch with me on the progress with updates. Will gladly use their service in the future.

After just getting the standard oil changes over the years, my car needed a little extra TLC. Grand Garage did a great diagnostic, sending me a text message with a link to see all of the areas of concern with photos where applicable. It helped me make a decision on what I should get fixed this visit and what can wait. Everyone I spoke with was super professional, patient, doing a great job explaining everything to me. As a woman, I have developed that sixth sense for when a mechanic is patronizing me. The mechanic and front office people never did that. I was very happy with the service, the people, the costs. Bottom Line: HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Plus, there is a bonus. They have a shuttle service!

10 years a customer! I do a lot of off roading with my Toyota Tundra. The last trip to the desert I noticed the suspension was getting loud and the ride has degraded a lot. I took the truck to Grand Garage for an inspection and found the rear shock absorbers had failed. Mr. Mike made some other sensible recommendations having never been steered wrong before I decided to take his advice. On the way home the noise was gone and the truck had regained it's grace on the Escondido roads. I can't wait for my next desert visit.
