Best. Place. EVER. Rob and his crew will take care of you! They give free rides to and from the garage, offer loaner cars while yours is in the shop, and continuously update you with information on how your vehicle is doing. It’s like car daycare with so many perks - 10/10 recommend!!!

It's always hard to give an auto mechanics garage 5 stars. It's just something in our nature that doesn't allow us to do it because we have been conditioned to feel like we've gotten cheated. Even if they're just giving us an oil change 🤣 But GRAND GARAGE... These guys are definitely different. It's almost like they're going out of their way to prove their integrity to you from the start. And their customer service is phenomenal. I've never seen a mechanic who did not act like they were angry that I brought my car in. But not these guys. They were very happy to have my business. And they made it very clear. They also have a courtesy shuttle to drop you off and pick you up and bring you back while your car is being serviced. I hope I never have to go again, but I would definitely return again!

Really like the way they handle there service with their customers. They will transport you back to home. Very friendly and caring making certain you are satisfied with how things have been done and handled. It's great how helpful and receptive they've been withme as a customer.

Grand Garage got me in the same morning I called even though I was not a customer and I didn't have an appointment. I needed a new headlight bulb on my Subaru. Rob was friendly and treated me as a valued customer. Mike changed the bulb and topped off my windshield fluid and checked my oil. He reminded me that I would need an oil change in 1,000 miles. Great service with a smile. I will use them again!
