Grand Garage was great! Everyone in the front of the shop were professional, helpful, and courteous! When performing my alignment, they did a fabulous job of ensuring that my wheel was aligned perfectly straight and had to adjust it after the first test drive. I appreciated the team making sure everything was as it needed to be. I love my car! I especially LOVE to drive! And, they assisted my driving satisfaction nicely! Thanks, Grand Garage! :)

The Garage was clean and well equipped. Rob was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. My Ridgeline was repaired and ready for pickup well before the anticipated time, and the price was as quoted! It was a great experience!

To be honest, I was not happy when I was told that I could not use a $50.00 gift card for the oil change. Services came to $83.27. The card states that it could be used for anything over $50.00. Last visit when I was there, Pat stated that I could use it Other than that, everything was fine.

Always great service and I even get a ride to and from work while they fix my vehicle. 👍
