We brought our Honda CR-V in for 30,0000mi service. It was a fantastic experience, our CR-V runs like new and we will never go back to a Honda dealership for service again. To long a story of a terrible experience with the dealership to talk about here but Grand Garage we highly recommend for sure. Thank you all at Grand Garage!

3 of my 4 vehicles are older and I depend on Grand Auto to keep them running and avoid costly repairs.

I use this service because I like the people and the service that I get. I'm still from the 60's and beyond with what I think the costs should be but, that's just me. Everything has gotten more expensive than I think it should be including rent and house prices and food as well as everything else. Forgive me but I rarely give 5 stars to anyone or anything.

Highly professional and ethical. Considering that I need a new engine for my Hyundai, I had a great experience. I was recommended to take my vehicle back to the dealership because the engine is still under warranty. Considering how much a brand new engine would cost, I was pleasantly surprised that they considered my warranty and recommended for me to return back to the dealership. My car was so badly damaged, they suggested that I have it towed back for safety. They were very kind and compassionate considering my safety and liability. While waiting they offered me water and even gave me a carnation flower. I am blown away by their expertise, professionalism, ethics, and hospitality. I highly recommend Grand Garage.

I would have needed to wait a few weeks to have some routine service on my car done if I had used my car dealer. I took my car to Grand Garage instead. They had all of the work done on time and for a very reasonable price compared to what I would have paid. I will be back.

Grand did a great job. Provided a shuttle to get me home while work done. Afterwards, gave me a text rundown of work completed and what likely needed in future. Made the usual unhappy experience a good one.

I have been a satisfied customer at Grand Garage for nearly 10 years now. I have had a variety of repairs done on my 16 year old truck over this time. Most recently I had to have exhaust/muffler repair and steering rack leakage fixed. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and explains the nature of the repair very well. On every visit, they do a general inspection on my vehicle and let me know what issues could be coming soon. I have been extremely satisfied with the work as well, never needing to take the vehicle back because the repair was not done correctly. I highly recommend Grand Garage.
