I absolutely love the customer service and people. The service is top notch. They explain everything in detail and cheaper than dealer!

I'm the euphemistic "little old lady who only drives to Church on Sunday." I'm also a widow, whom most mechanics "see coming" and manage to find lots wrong with the car, knowing that I don't know what is true and what isn't. I take my car to Grand Garage twice a year--and every time has been a very good experience. My invoice is usually very low; once it was free, thanks to the AAA discount, or special offer, they always give. I never walk away wondering if I'd been cheated. Rather, I leave, knowing I'm in a safe, well-cared for car! On top of that, without my asking, they take me home so I don't have to sit around , waiting. Gene, the man who drives me home and back, is a very gentle man with whom I feel quite safe. I must have fantastic karma that these people are part of my life!!

Service was excellent, as usual, though the work done this time (by Joe) turned out to be particularly crucial in preventing what could have been significant problems in future. With my 20-year-old BMW, I have come to rely heavily on David and his team to keep it in the best possible running condition - and they have done that expertly every time I’ve taken my car in.
