I've been bringing my 20-year old Subaru Forester to Grand Garage since they opened and it continues to run like new. They have excellent mechanics with up-to-date training, friendly & knowledgeable staff behind the counter who will take the time to address all your concerns & limo service to your home (and the ladies always receive a lovely carnation on departure). They provide the best car maintenance experience in my 50 years of car ownership.

I took my vehicle in to evaluate an issue with the cooling system as my car was overheating. Pat at the front desk did a very good job of documenting the issue I was experiencing. I noticed they are very thorough in the notes they take as well as documenting (with pictures) my vehicles condition. While I was checking out the owner of Grand Garage even came over and further described some of the tests they performed in determining the issue with the cooling system and other things to watch out for. I appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism. They even provide a shuttle service which really helps. I did feel valued and listened to as a customer and plan on returning for future repairs.
