I always feel that my car is in good hands at Grand Garage and the job will be done right and at a fair price. I'm also impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of everyone in the office. Grand Garage is the best!

Fantastic work and fantastic staff.

In my view, the service I received at Grand Garage was top drawer. The people I dealt with at Grand Garage were courteous, professional, and competent. My 2001 Mustang GT was in need of some extensive deferred maintenance repairs. Everything the professionals at Grand Garage recommended was thoroughly explained to me and I was given a detailed estimate for the cost of each recommended repair so I could pick and choose which repairs I wanted to proceed with. I believe that cost for the repairs was fair and, after I decided to proceed with the repair work, one of the employees even offered to "detail" my Mustang at no additional cost to me (I think because he liked my car), which I agreed to let him do. The turn around time for the repair work was very short, and my Mustang is back to running in great condition. It needed some additional work (more of a cosmetic nature) but Grand Garage told me I would be better served to go elsewhere to have this work done. Upon my asking, Grand Garage gave me recommendations re other service providers who could do this additional work and I was very glad to receive such recommendations. I also received a discount coupon in the mail that I was able to use for the repair work I had done, and a few days after it was completed I received a thank you note in the mail containing a $20 coupon to use the next time I made need service. I own other automobiles that I intend to take to Grand Garage if they are need of repair work, and I would highly recommend Grand Garage to others.

I went to "Grand Garage" to get my car fixed and I have to say that they did an excellent job they're very patient and if you need a ride to get home. No problem, they'll help you with that! Grand Garage sent out a very customer-centered mailer, and I felt safe trying a new auto shop. The service was completed promptly, and there were no attempts to upsell or "find problems" with my car. In fact, they offered a great introductory discount coupon which was quite generous. Not only that, they were kind enough to help me get back and forth from the shop with my two very young sons. When it's time for my next routine service, or if I have any other concern with my car, I will certainly call up Grand Garage again.

Every interaction I had with this staff was wonderful. They were positive, enthusiastic, warm, and most important of all: they got the work done. My car was unexpectedly out of commission; I couldn't have asked for a better experience getting my vehicle up and running again.

My 1997 had a few issues that are now all fixed. Very friendly and professional pre-diagnosis over the phone, no-hassle drop off in the after hours, all work completed, and only charged what was truly necessary. It's so hard to find a shop that knows what they are doing and don't overcharge. Look no further - you've found it.
