It was my first contact with Grand Garage and it came about because AAA named them as one of the businesses in our new home area to see for a free examination of our vehicle(s). Pat, at the desk, heard my needs and scheduled my Acura for a AAA exam the following work day. David followed up with details and I was given an appointment time. The scheduled date was amazing. Everything was so professional and friendly. A complete digital inspection was provided when I came to pick up the Acura. In all my 16 years of dealing with my Acura dealership I have never had such attention and at such a good price, Even the driver, Gene, who drove me home when I left the car for examination, was a pleasure to know. I've found a new doctor for my pampered Acura (15 years old with less than 48K miles). I dropped in with a brake light that had gone on and scared me. Pat had it checked out and determined the problem, loaned me a car to finish my work and picked it up and no problems since then. Have some other maintainence things to do soon. I'm so glad a friend recommended Grand Garage to me.

Grand Garage did a great job on repairing my fusion. After I was told by the dealership that I probably needed a new transmission, Grand was able to diagnose the problem, get the parts, do the repairs for the estimate given, and give me a free loaner, all within 24 hours of bringing the car in. Would definitely recommend them!
