My Lexus GS300 broke while entering at Harrah’s Rincon and will not drive on June 14, 2018. So, I called Triple A and asked for a reliable and dependable auto shop... Triple A recomnended their authorized car shop Grand Garage. While waiting for a towing company, Janet, from the Grand Garage called me and booked my reservation. My car was towed around 3pm...I met the Dave, the owner another very friendly guy got my car check right away and found out that the Ball Joint -Front Left Lower was broken and no time to fix it that afternoon, promised to be done after lunch next day .. Very reliable and dependable and friendly, I pickup my car as promised after Grand Garage car washed my Lexus and drove back to Las Vegas without any problem.....Will recommend Grand Garage to my friends...

I cannot give Grand Garage enough positive reviews! I had experienced some concerns with my car on the drive to visit Escondido. When I arrived in Escondido I contacted several shops to see if they could take a look at my car… Most couldn’t see me for several days, but Janet at Grand Garage took me immediately. I expected to have to leave my car all day, but within 90 minutes they called me to give me their diagnosis. As far as I’m concerned, they left no stone unturned, and, for a minimal cost, I got maximum peace of mind. The staff was courteous and really seem to take an interest in my problem. When I left the shop, they handed me a red carnation. A small gesture, but a very kind token of customer appreciation.

Everything was excellent! Loved the customer care and taking time to explain what was wrong with the car along with a prop to help me understand. Very fair prices, too. By far, the best place I've ever visited for my car care. Yes, I will be faithful to Grand Garage!

The Grand Garage went the xtra mile, they explained everything, gave me options, and even followed up with a hand written thank you card a week later. Real service, very professional, VERY trust worthy and competent. They are now my shop for all my auto work.

Grand Garage is well run. Very nice people who put you at ease through the pain of car repairs. I am a detailed oriented person and they always describe the work in the detail I need. They have often made small repairs like taillights and have not charged me. I have not had a bad experience here and their customer service is exceptional. Several of the people working here have told me that they used to be customers prior to coming there to work. That says a lot. Well done folks. Very happy customer.
