GG seems to have found the solution to an elusive problem with my classic car that no one else has been able to solve. The car has been running dependably now for the past three weeks. Living in RB, I wouldn't be able to patronize GG if it were not for their courtesy shuttle service. Staff appears to be knowledgeable, and they take time to explain the details of the service before it's performed and upon its completion. I'll return for future service as needed.

My personal review is very good as the people are very friendly and the work gets done and the vehicle is cleaned after (ie: no oil left on the frame members under the vehicle after the oil is changed) so no oil spots on my driveway. I had this happen with one other oil change outfit and they claimed "it's an old vehicle so it's going to leak" and it wasn't leaking before they got it. I am very happy with the work I get done by Grand Garage.

This time I encouraged my recently retired wife to take in her own vehicle for any repairs needed AND SHE DID! Not a simple fix anymore to change even a headlight on some of these vehicles from the top or beneath anymore. She had read the reviews on Grand Garage (including mine) and she checked in her "Goldie Girl" (that she's named it) for repair. The mechanic noticed the other light showing signs of abdicating its purpose and changed that one, too. She received some well appreciated discounts (AAA, Grand Garage gift cards) and a carnation flower that brightened her day to boot, which is still in a vase here at home. What she really liked was the piece of mind when she drove her Goldie Girl home. She NEVER got that warm and fuzzy feeling at the dealership repair. Says she, "I really like that place!"

The GREAT FOLKS at GRAND Garage to the rescue! THANKS so much for squeezing us in to fix our coolant leak, even though you were super-busy, and for getting our car up-and-running again by the very next morning! AND, for finding a workable-solution that solved the problem for now, saving us a huge chunk of money, until we are able to afford to replace the heater core properly. You guys are THE BEST! Hooray for David, Pat, Janet, Mike and the rest of the gang! Out automotive super-heroes!

Informative all inclusive qoutes. They were able to service my car on the same day without an appointment. They had my car returned to me within a couple hours. Professional and polite staff. And the AAA discount was a plus!
