Great work as usual and done faster than I expected

Grand Garage has always done me well in my 8 years of living in Escondido and working on my 14 year old truck. Courteous staff, exceptional service of taking me back and forth to the garage, all repairs well explained to me.

I sure hate giving 5 star ratings. It's as if there is no room for improvement when you do but when you can't find a darn thing worng (did I type worng, wrong?) then what honest choice is there but a five. They did the job; did it correctly; did it expeditiously and for what had to be done, that is saying a lot. Plus, they did it right the first time! They said 2 days to fix it. The day I brought it in must have been counted the first day as it was repatriated (as Pat , the service writer would say) the following day. That's less than 2 days but I wouldn't subtract a star for that.

My experience at GrandGarage was excellent. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. I felt I was working in a trustworthy environment.

The personnel at Grand Garage are very helpful in getting the service needed done in a timely, professional manner.
