The always courteous team @grandgarageescondido has serviced my cars the past 5 years and this time when the alternator blew out on my Acura, they were extremely efficient with my time and their time. They explained what I needed to accomplish in maintaining my car so that I could have preventative maintenance instead of car problems just "happening" to me. I appreciate their honest opinions in keeping my costs down and speaking to me as a person.

The owners and mechanics at Grand Garage were quick, accurate and honest about the damage to my car engine. They also supplied me with a loner car for the day which I was unfortunately late in returning. The owners of Grand Garage stayed open late so I could return the loner car the same day. They spared me a late fee by doing so which was fantastic. They run a great business.

I went there back in 2014 because my car didn't pass the smoke check so I went here for help. A couple of guys were there, one in the counter and the other siting in front of him talking. I came in, the guys first ignored me and kept on talking for about five minutes until they finally decided to greet me. I told them my car's problem and took a look at the report from the smoke check shop where I took my vehicle. Then they simply told me to buy some product that can help it pass the smoke tests and did not even bother to look at my car. I felt so unwelcome here. I was a customer here when Mike was in charge but apparently he is not in charge of this shop anymore. Mike was so much nicer and serviceable. I'm not coming back here after this disappointing service I received.
